The Grime River family, known in the comparative literature as the Nimboran family, consists of five languages spoken to either side of the Grime (Grimi) river to just inland of New Guinea&#039;s north coast west of Lake Sentani in Indonesia&#039;s Papuan province. Its nearest linguistic relatives are the Orya-Tor River and Mawes languages to the west.</description>
