Jofotek is spoken in at least two villages, Biridua and Srum, … Jofotek is the name Biridua residents use for their language (Lee and Wambaliau 2004: 1, Lewis, Paul, Simons and Fennig eds 2014 after unattributed surveyor(s).) Comparison of Lee and Wambaliau's Jofotek to colonial-era vocabularies shows it to be the same language as Oosterwal's (1961) Mander.
